This is a 3 month approach with monthly meetings in person or through video calls. Full thyroid panel testing is recommended along with other important blood work.
Month 1: We look at what the thyroid needs to work at an optimal level, diet plus supplementation . We look at the anti nutrients for the thyroid like caffeine, too much gluten, soya. We aim for more nourishing omega 3 rich foods, B vitamins and magnesium. We establish any digestive problems and aim to eliminate over the coming weeks.
Month 2: We review your progress through your food diary, assess energy, sleep and digestion.
