Chia Energy Balls

Makes about 10 chia energy balls
40g oats
30g peanut butter
3 tbsp chia seeds (whole or milled)
1 tbsp raisins or cranberries
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips/pieces (70% coco solids)
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Simply mix all ingredients together, roll small pieces in the palm of your hands to form a
ball, refrigerate for 1 hour.
Chia seeds are a good protein source and also full of omega 3 fats, available now in
supermarkets. The fruit and dark chocolate make it a nice sweet treat, great as a mid-
afternoon snack.
