Peanut Butter Cookies

2 ripe bananas
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp coconut sugar or honey
50g dark chocolate chopped
200g oats
Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Whizz the bananas in a blender into a smooth puree. Melt the peanut butter and coconut oil
over a low heat. Stir in bananas, coconut sugar or honey and chocolate chips. Add in oats to
form a paste.
Take a piece and roll into a ball and flatten down to form a cookie shape.
Place the cookies on a lined baking tray and bake for 13-15 mins until brown and crispy.
