1 ripe banana, 1 cup of fresh berries (strawberries/raspberries/blueberries) 2 heaped tbsp natural yoghurt or soya 1 handful of oats
1 handful of mixed nuts (Almonds, brazils etc) 1 glass of almond milk/rice milk
Optional: a little honey to sweeten
Blend all ingredients together until smooth, if too thick add more milk.
Other options: use frozen berries instead of fresh, drink your greens by adding a handful of baby spinach.
